  • Coconut or rice yogurt – 125g
  •   3-16 – 1/2 Sachet (7.5g P.E)
  •   16+ – 1/2 Sachet (10g P.E)

Method


Nothing could be simpler than adding PKU GOLIKE to a vegetable yoghurt with low phenylalanine for a suitable does of amino acids without altering the taste of this fresh snack. If it fits with your diet regime, you can also use cows milk yoghurt. Let your imagination take over! To add some extra flavour and decoration to the yoghurt, you can add coffee beans, coconut shavings, ground pistachios, crushed biscuits or cocoa powder.
