Broccoli and Lo-Protein Pasta

A SIMPLE PASTA & BROCCOLI RECIPE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Ingredients


  • Ingredients
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • ½ cube chicken bouillon
  • olive oil
  • 75 gm cooked Loprotein pasta
  • basil
  • ½ cup of water
  •   3-16 – 1 Sachet (15g P.E)
  •   16+ – 1 Sachet (20g P.E)

Method


  1. Pan fry carrots in olive oil and garlic for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add broccoli, bouillon, and water.
  3. Simmer until broccoli is tender (about 5 minutes)
  4. Add basil
  5. Sprinkle PKU GOLIKE 3-16
  6. Serve over hot Loprotein pasta
